Our in-house technicians have over 15 years of experience dealing with the ever-growing entertainment industry and its varying range of technology; both in production, servicing and repairs. Subsequently, HS-Hire are well-versed with maintaining top-industry brands such as Martin, Robe, Elation, Chauvet, Ayrton and Astera.

With our state-of-the-art workshop, we can assess and complete repairs of all natures. In addition to a general service of your lighting equipment and diagnosing issues, we can include PAT testing to any electrical equipment to guarantee safety, both in-house and onsite.

We always aim to keep the repair process as simple as possible by keeping detailed communications throughout the time your equipment is with us. Once your equipment has arrived with us, we will give it a full assessment and test so we can get an accurate view of its condition. From there, we will diagnose any faults and set out any recommendations of further work needed.

Thereafter, if you are happy to proceed, we will send you a quotation and breakdown of the work to be completed, and any components needed to complete the work. With your quote and during the repair process, we will always provide an estimated timescale within which we will complete the work.
